MND: Will Japan Again Bring Disasters to East Asia?

4月30日下午，國(guó)防部舉行例行記者會(huì)，國(guó)防部新聞發(fā)言人張曉剛大校答記者問(wèn)。

Question: According to media reports, the Japanese government has officially revised the Three Principles on Transfer of Defense Equipment and Technology and its implementation guidelines, which in principle green-lighted Japan"s export of lethal weapons. In addition, it has resumed military ranks used by the Imperial Japanese Army such as Taisa, and passed a bill to set up a National Intelligence Bureau. Do you have any comment on this?

張曉剛：日方近期在軍事安全領(lǐng)域危險(xiǎn)、冒進(jìn)和試探、挑釁動(dòng)作頻頻，早已戳穿了其“和平國(guó)家”和“專守防衛(wèi)”的自我標(biāo)榜。不僅如此，日方圖謀啟用舊日本軍隊(duì)軍階用語(yǔ)，計(jì)劃組建的國(guó)家情報(bào)機(jī)構(gòu)更讓人想到臭名昭著的“特高課”，嚴(yán)重傷害亞洲國(guó)家人民感情。日方在“再軍事化”道路上狂飆突進(jìn)，難道又要成為東亞“禍源”？所有愛(ài)好和平的人們都要對(duì)此高度警惕，堅(jiān)決遏阻日本的倒行逆施，絕不能讓其破壞和平、為禍?zhǔn)澜纭?/p>

Zhang Xiaogang: Recently, Japan has repeatedly made dangerous, adventurist and provocative actions in the military and security fields and the "exclusively defense-oriented" principle. Such moves have already turned against its self-proclaimed identity as a peace-loving country. Moreover, Japan is trying to resume the military rank system used by the Imperial Japanese Army, and the intelligence apparatus it plans to form is reminiscent of the notorious Tokko. These actions seriously hurt the feelings of the peoples of Asian countries. The Japanese side is making reckless and unchecked strides on the path of remilitarization. Will it again bring disasters to East Asia? All peace-loving peoples should stay on high alert, resolutely stop Japan"s retrogressive moves, and never allow it to undermine peace and bring calamities to the world.
